All of our sleeves are made with machine-washable materials. Machine wash your sleeve in cold water using the gentle or delicate cycle. Wash separately using laundry detergent with no additives (do not use fabric softener). Lay your sleeve flat and let it air dry, do not put it in the dryer. Proper washing and drying help your knit support maintain elasticity and original fit.
Please consult a healthcare professional before beginning regular compression product use. We do not recommend wearing your sleeve at night unless you have express medical permission.
Yes! We encourage you to wear your sleeve during any activity during the day, no matter the intensity. The construction of your sleeve will assist in supporting and stabilizing your knee joint, which can assist with swelling and prevent injury.
If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a stronger level of compression or sizing up for a gentler level of compression.
